Simple applications take 2-3 days. Complex monoliths or applications with many dependencies can take 2-4 weeks including testing and optimization.
Docker alone works for simple deployments. Kubernetes adds value when you have 3+ services, need auto-scaling, or want zero-downtime deployments. We assess during discovery.
We use Kubernetes secrets, external secret operators, or HashiCorp Vault depending on your security requirements. Secrets never live in git repositories.
